We were referred to Jess by a client of mine who was another "foodie" and told me that Jess was the best in the business! So I contacted Jess asking if she would make a cake for our sons 1st birthday, and what a cake it was! Oh my god is an understatement of what I was thinking when I saw our sons cake! It was beyond words, I honestly didn't think the cake would be as amazing as it was. The detail was amazing, but the best was to come when we cut the cake. The taste of the cake was like no other! 2years later we asked Jess to make our wedding cake, again we we're blown away. The attention to detail is mind blowing, hand stencilled/piped damask print around 3 tiers of cake along with all the piping and again the flavours! I actually told Jess the idea I wanted for our wedding cake but told her to put her experience and ideas into this cake as well. One word for our cake was phenomenal. So when our daughters 1st birthday came up in February this year, who else would I call to make this special cake?! Jess of course! Yet again another mind blowing highly detailed amazing tasting art work was delivered for my baby girls bday party! It's not just the fact that yes Jess is the best in the business however the fact that she takes interest in what we wanted for all 3 cakes, she would suggest things that would make the cake pop, look and taste better. Asked 100 questions about the theme of our wedding/ birthday parties to get a real feel for the type of cake she was creating. I've now known Jess since 2010, this relationship of ours will be long lasting as she will be the ONLY person we will have make our cake masterpieces for all of our upcoming birthdays and events. If you want a cake that will blow your mind and taste buds then Jess is your girl!
