I have been lucky enough to have Jessica create two amazing cakes on two very important occasions in my life. My wedding cake and my 30th birthday cake.
Her cakes are A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. The wedding cake has to be my favourite and most special - best cake ever!!!
The brief we gave Jess was simple; what she came up with was anything but. It was out of this world. The main requirement - get my husband who doesn't have a sweet tooth excited about the cake. Jessica came up with a macaroon tower - it was perfect! Not only did it look amazing (it's still talked about to this day!); it tasted fantastic. Jess just knew exactly what we wanted without much direction and dealing with her was a breeze.
