I have always loved to bake and had done a little bit of cake decorating but I was keen to improve my skills. I attended a basic cake decorating course run by Jess at The Essential Ingredient in Rozelle. Jess was an amazing teacher and I learnt so much on that day and I was really pleased the results I was able to produce. As a result of that first class, I have continued classes and private lessons with Jess, developing my skills in cake decorating, sugar flowers and also working with chocolate.
Two years on from that first class with Jess, I have started my own small business, Confections of a Chocoholic. She has been able to offer invaluable advice on how best to promote my work and build my business.
I never imagined that this is where I would be able to take my love for baking and chocolate. Thank you so much Jess and I look forward to learning so much more from you!
